Totally agree with ACVC – Tobes has a big problem (which used to annoy Dellers too) i.e. he can’t see a fence without wanting to sit on it. Here he seems to want to appease the rabid feminists as well as those people who insist on following the legal due process. How would Tobes deal with an Ava Evans type who would have consensual and then claim rape vindictively because of her hatred of men (backed by other similar feminist man-haters)? Tobes is 100% wrong on this one.

Wow, Toby! You really need to rethink your position on due process. An investigation by journalists does not count as evidence and it is not your prerogative to decide whether there is corroborating evidence against someone. Allegations and ”facts” reported in the press are not the same as evidence presented in a court whether civil or criminal. Second: a civil court cannot levy fines (but it might grant damages which would be paid to the victim not the court).
