Toby, for goodness’ sake, the word ”Nuclear” is pronounced ”NEW-KLIA” and NOT ”NEW-KILLER”!!! Please get it right, a man of your education should be able to manage that at least!

Toby - suggest you read ’A Statin nation’ by Dr Malcolm Kendrick. Statins are a massive Pharmacon. They may lower your cholesterol but no guarantees that in turn lowers your chance of a coronary event. I ditched statins, BP medication and gout medication post lockdown in favour of regular gym time and controlled food intake, now 63 and feeling better than I have in years.
